Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Authentic PR follows different cancellation policies for its Search Engine Optimization, Social Media and PR services. Please refer to respective service agreements for more details on cancellation policy.

All cancellation requests must be submitted to accounts and billing department of Authentic PR. You may submit your cancellation requests by email, fax and/or direct mail or phone. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts or billing department. The confirmation email or number given by accounts department of Authentic PR will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.

Refund Policy

Authentic PR does guarantee some of its products and services.  All are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Authentic PR will act on the agreement signed upon by the client and Authentic PR.

Modification:

Authentic PR reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.
